About the Department
Computer Engineering Department was established in Government Polytechnic Gadchiroli in 2007-08 academic year. The current intake capacity of the department is 30. The department has state of the art laboratories with high end computers, smart classrooms with high speed internet. Department has highly qualified and experienced faculties with focus on the holistic development of students. Training and placement, counseling, mentoring support is provided to the students. More emphasis is given on using digital media in teaching learning process. The department provides excellent learning and career opportunities to students in the field of computer engineering.

- PO1: Basic and Discipline specific knowledge: Apply knowledge of basic mathematics, science and Electrical engineering fundamentals and engineering specialization to solve the engineering problems.

- PO3: Design/ development of solutions: Design solutions for well-defined technical problems and assist with the design of systems components or processes to meet specified needs.
